On January 17, 2006, a Notice of Violation was issued for a Severity Level III violation involving the failure to secure from unauthorized removal or limit access to a package containing licensed material that was stored in a mail room (awaiting inter-office transfer), which is an unrestricted area, nor did the licensee control and maintain constant surveillance of this licensed material.
